Workout of the Day

Strength:
15 minutes, EMOM: 1 power snatch and 1 squat snatch

 

Conditioning:
EMOM do 5 burpeees at the top of each minuten, use remainder of minute to do power snatches @ 145/95 lbs until you have totaled 30 power snatches.

-the workout starts with 5 burpees
