Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
5 mid pause forward rolls (scale with regular forward rolls on hard floor)
5 freestanding kipping handstand pushups (scale with presses to headstand through tripod, freestanding)

Strength:
Work up to a heavy single Power Snatch

Conditioning:
“SQT”
Three rounds for time of:
95 pound Ground to overhead, 10 reps
200 yard Shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice
