Before Class or In Warm up:
10 mid-pause forward rolls on hard floor (Rx)
– scale with: any previous forward roll on floor or soft mat
3 rope climbs (Rx) or swings on rope with leg support (scaled)

Strength:
In 15 minutes, work up to a heavy snatch triple

Conditioning:
6 rounds
5 snatches (155/105)
50m overhead walk (155/105)
