    Our paleo potluck is this Saturday…now at NOON! Bring your favorite paleo dish to share. After that, a group will be watching the US v England at Fado.
    Next Saturday is the Crossfit Dahlonega challenge. Everyone should sign up….there is even a scaled division. http://www.cfdchallenge.com/
    The evening of the 19th is Marshall’s bday. Please RSVP to Lori by Friday.
    The following weekend (the 26th) we are closed for another level 1 certifications but there is another crossfit event on Saturday you can participate in.     Our new floor will be going in within the next two weeks. Please stay tuned for updates on when we may be out of commission while it dries, etc.
    Also, let me know if you plan on coming to CA for the games. I’m getting some nice CF ATL shirts made (they will be about 30-40 dollars each)

    Also, there is a handout on the front desk for people who typically take my class. Here is what it says,
    Dear classes,
    I will now be capping my 5pm and 6pm classes at 12 people. This is to assure that you receive the training that you pay for and deserve. I hope that you understand the reasons behind this. I highly recommend that you begin booking an appointment (reserving a spot) for these classes ahead of time so that you are guaranteed a spot in the class of your choice. Remember, if these classes book up there is the 4pm Open Gym, 7pm Crossfit Workout of the Day class, and the 5:30 and 6:30 Lifting Classes. Here I walk you through how to book these classes on Mindbody from your own computer ahead of time:
    -Go to our home page: http://www.crossfitatlanta.com
    -On the left hand toolbar click “Schedule”
    -Login in the upper right hand corner. IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE THIS YOU MUST CREATE A LOGIN by selecting “Sign up!”
    -Go down to “Is this your first time?” and fill in your first and last name as entered in the Crossfit Atlanta system (i.e. Betsy is actually in the system as “Claudia”)
    -Follow the prompts to get signed up, create password, etc.
    -After you are signed in, click the “classes” tab (underneath the log in spaces on right)
    -Select “sign in” for the class you wish to sign in for and follow the prompts
    -This should sign you in for that class
    -When you arrive, you still need to swipe your card like you normally do but it will sign you into the class you booked for.
    Feel free to book a whole week of workouts ahead of time if you know your schedule but please remember to cancel if you realize you can’t make it. Thank you for understanding and your patience as we get the gym organized! It truly is a privilege coaching you.

    Hey Bethanie,
    as usual, I’m a pain in the ass! Mindbody keeps assinging me random passwords that don’t work, ie ÕO“vøâV’, when I enter it, it won’t take the password. Anybody else having issues or am I the only r’tard?

    Mike, this has happened to a few people. Find me when you come in tonight and we will fix it.

    So I am having problems. I am logged in, but I don’t see a “sign in” button or indication for signing up for the class itself. The only thing I can click on the the description of the class and the trainer bio. HELP!?!

    Hey all,
    Dan Altman and I are having a party at my house this Friday (tomorrow) at 8 p.m. We’ll be grilling and playing some various games, BYOB and stuff to cook. We’ll have some side dishes and extra beer + of course tequilla…

    hmmm when you go to the “Classes” tab they should all be listed and usually there is 4 columns laid out, from left to right:
    5-6pm Sign in (0/12) Crossfit Workout of the Day Bethanie Harsh
    If this is not the case we will look at it tonight.

    imagine that…a birthday party for Marshall (who just so happens to be one of the lucky one’s that Bethanie chose to mentor for the Paleo Challenge)! Just so you know my birthday was May 15th and i sat at home alone wishing someone would throw me a birthday party:( This is *ullshit! jk…Have fun winning second place with Bethanie as your mentor. Just so everyone knows ill be throwing a party on the wkend after the 4th to celebrate me winning the paleo challenge:)
    Quick question what if everyone signs up and the class is full before we even come to the gym? Alot of us that actually have to work for a living dont always know what time we can get to the gym??? If your class is already full online is there some way to see it so we dont show up…or better yet have one of the 15 or more trainers help out with the classes that are full???? Just a thought….

    hi friend,
    yes, you can see if they are full…it will not let you sign in if it is full. if it fills up you are welcome to attend one of “our other 15” classes that our trainers are leading…
