Scientific breakthrough! Researchers discover that brain circuity changes with experience throughout adulthood. This means that you can actually learn new things after your teenage years! This should probably go into the category of taxpayer supported research into the obvious, (I recall the $500,000 study that concluded that women become more amorous with a little alcohol), but we can now rest easy in the knowledge that at CrossFit we can continue to teach people to squat correctly, no matter their age. Whether they can learn not to drop kettlebells remains to be seen.
