Workout of the Day

Strength:

Deadlift EMOM for 15 minutes @ 75% 1 RM

 

Conditioning:

30 wall balls 30/20 lb
2 rope climbs
30 walking lunge steps with 45/25 lb plate held anyhow
2 rope climbs
100 yard Farmers carry kettlebell in each arm 2 pd/1.5 pd 
2 rope climbs
30 calorie row

If you are on the Team perform the above with a 60/40lb weighted vest
