Three rounds for time of:
10 Muscle-ups
10 Forward rolls
20 One legged squats, alternating
Handstand walk 20 yards

    A non Crossfitter told me the other day that she was driving by the gym and people were jumping on these colored platforms. She said they looked like the stands that elephants perform on at the circus.
    That’s either a compliment to the new paint job or a slight to the people that were box jumping that day….

    You would think that this workout is fun. I looked at it and thought “what a dumb workout” but that’s only because the only thing I CAN do in it is the forward rolls.
