Workout of the Day

In Warm-up:

Handstand kick up to forward roll

Strength:

In 20 minutes, work up to a heavy snatch.

Conditioning:

3 touch and go rope climbs
9 squat snatches 155lbs
90 double unders
2 touch and go rope climbs
6 squat snatches
60 double unders
1 touch and go rope climb
3 squat snatches
30 double unders

 

-1 touch and go rope climb rep=1 ascent, touch one foot on the ground on the decent, and go back up.  No jump on the first ascent.
