100 lunge steps with empty bar overhead (20 kg men/15 kg women)

    Time was slow but i did it continuous so i was happy

    Didn’t go over 55k in fear of dropping the weights

    5 rounds for time of:
    5 kb swings, 100#
    10 box jumps, 40″ (bouncing back up at the bottom)
    6:53 or 6:54 I can’t remember which. I also love high box jumps.
    On another note, the guy in the picture kind of looks like Tim Meadows.
