Workout of the Day

Strength:
In 20 minutes work up to a high single rep box jump 
Then practice cycling push press/push jerk technique at a light weight

Conditioning:
5 rounds
15 KB swings (2/1.5 pd)
15 burpees
1 minute rest btwn rounds
