Pull-up Ladder

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Note to athletes who wan their scores validated.  You must submit the score at the Games website and ask us to validate it.

    What is it about morning workouts that make coffee an afternoon necessity? And why can’t I lift my arms above my head right now? Oh yeah, pull-up ladder. Man that one really crept up on me.
