Workout of the Day

Four rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
50 Squats

On The Safety and Efficacy of Overhead Lifting, CrossFit Journal

Starting next Tuesday we are adding a new class: Basic Skills.  This class will focus on correct execution of the 9 foundational movements taught at the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course: air squat, front squat, overhead squat; press, push press, push jerk; deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean. In addition the class will work other basic movements including pull-up, push-up, hip extension, and handstand.  The class will meet at 6 AM and 6:30 PM on Tuesdays and will be lead by Leah P.  We expect to add more of these classes in future weeks.
