    Where would we see him had he done it right? Hips fully extended and at the start the pull? Explain. Educate.
    BTW, is that Rob Miller on the treadmill?

    his arms would be straight since he seems to be at the peak of the 2nd pull. this is when you have “triple extension”. hips, knees and ankles fully extended (right? somebody help me here) 3rd pull is pulling your body down, this is when the arms bend.
