    Time for a spray tan! Today’s WOD, 11:39.

    Hey Brendon and Dan…thanks for all the great information you shared at the running clinic last night. I know I will see a huge improvement in my running. As the video showed, I have been very inefficient. I have gotten better at everything else in CrossFit except running. This is going to help a lot. I am actually looking forward to the drills this week and looking forward to running. Anyway, it was great. I will recommend it to clients in our gym.

    Hey Pebbles! It was good to see you the other day. I wish I could make the running clinics but Wednesday nights are bad for me.
    Have fun with it though, lots of good info.

    I will be making up this WOD but I can’t do it today as I will be at McCrays in Vinings watching the Redwings game. It starts at 7pm for any hockey fans, or if you just like beer we will take you too.


    Damn it! I’m a huge Wings fan. I wish I would have known this before I drove all the way home.
    Oh well, GO WINGS!

    tried 1 rep max power clean. got to 46kg, failed 49kg because I wouldn’t catch it.
    its either a 1 or 3kg PR
