Weighted pull-ups 2-2-2-2-2-2-2 reps

Regionals start tomorrow!

Weekend Schedule:  Hours will be as usual Thur, Fri, Sat, & Sun, except no 6 PM class Sunday.  Monday, Memorial Day, no classes in the morning, no class at noon.  The gym will open at 5 pm with classes at 5, 6, & 7.
