    For those looking for something to do on Saturday morning (before McLaughlin’s Super Poolfest Jamathon), some of us will be meeting at the gym at 10 am and then going up to the river to run.
    Two options once we get there, each should take about 30-45 min:
    1) easy 5k on flat ground with a clearly marked course. mods: weight vest, body weight exercises at the end or at specified time or distance intervals
    2) hill run back through the woods (approximately 5k, usually takes 30 min to run it). This run is marked by fairly long uphill in the middle (about .25 – .5 miles of uphill at a decent grade, but parts of it have cross ties that form rudimentary stairs). The uphill is followed by a series of very fun roller coaster like hills (that are advised to be taken a full sprint to maximize airborne awesomeness). It begins and ends with about a .75 mi flat run.
    So far we have about 5-7 people going, anyone else is welcome to join!
