Workout of the Day

Make Up Day.  Make up a missed workout.  Make up your own workout.  Or try this one from the archives:

For time:
150 Squats
Run 800 meters
150 Squats

The CrossFit Atlanta Running Clinic will begin next Wednesday, May 13 from 6-8 PM.  The Clinic will consist of two 2 hour sessions a week apart, and will repeat every 2 weeks until further notice.  Free to members, $50 to non-members.

    Did the Norcal WOD, Suzanne kicked my ass..I failed on 2 of the jerks, finished at 8 min flat.

    Hey Guys. So you all remember my friend Drew from work who does crossfit at BTB. Her boyfriend is actually a trainer there, and she gave us the microwave. Well, she wants to do the Norcal workout with me tonight, and so she will be coming by with her Dad and Grandpa, who will only be watching. Hope this is okay, I think one workout is a small price to pay for a microwave, don’t you?? I am sure she will be happy to meet everyone, as I sing your praises all the time.

    I did 4x400m sprints. My 400m at my house is up a gradual hill.
