We are people going to get their WODs in this Saturday and Sunday since CF ATL will be closed for the Level 1 Cert?

At last, after 3 years of crossfit, Riepenhoff gets his first pullup. Dan, that’s cool you got a picture of it.

Tonight at 5:30 my class will work on the press progression. We will start with the shoulder press, then move the the push press and finish with power and split jerk technique.

    Richard,
    Try CF North Atlanta
    http://www.crossfitnorthatlanta.com/
    or CF RX
    http://crossfitrx.com/
Travis and Laura are awesome and, as far as I know, have never asked CF ATL people to pay to train with them.

Fran, as prescribed. Time was 7:19, four seconds slower than last time.

Ken, did the 5 round qualifier wod you suggested I try. 4:41 i believe. not bad considering I have never done such poor double unders-4-7 sets each round! I aquated and benched before hand and was surprised at how hard it was to get the rope around after heavy pressing. great wod though, hurt way more than i anticipated

Nice work Mike. That is a great time. Ya, that one is mostly skill, but the last two rounds start to hurt. For sure.

Fran Rx: 4:11. PR by 1:23.
Thrusters unbroken. Lost a few seconds on the round 3 thrusters because I forgot to put collars on the bar and the right side bumper slid way out when I dropped the bar after round 2. Had to have Ian adjust it while I had the bar racked. Thanks to Ian, Mike, Lauren, and whoever else was there yelling at me to keep going.
