Workout of the Day

Pull Up Ladder

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute,
two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute…
continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

We will be closed on Saturday and Sunday in order to host the CrossFit Endurance seminar.

    Haven’t posted my results in a while, but yesterday’s performance was staggering for me. Don’t know what got into me. Thanks to Ian.
    BS – 110 kg – PR!
    SP – 45 kg – PR!
    DL – 130 kg – PR!
    Total: 285 kg (627 lbs)

    Did an awesome group workout. It’s very rare that I can push myself in a solo workout as hard as I can in a group.
