Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
5 forward rolls, then 2 minutes kick to tuck handstand, hold ther, then roll out

Strength:
EMOM 12 minutes
Odd minutes 4 HSPU on Parallettes
Even Minutes 1 legless rope climbs (or regular if you cannot do legless)

Conditioning:
From Crossfit New England “Double Bird”
5 minute up ladder (1 of each, 2 of each, 3 of each, etc)
135#/95# Thruster
Bar Muscle up
