For time:
25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

    today’s WOD as Rx w/ 20″ BJ, ring KTE, 1.5 pood KB, 25lb dumbbells, 14lb wall ball, regular rope climbs
    30:25
    a workout where I feel I could have been fast in some exercises but endurance is a limitation. But it was not the case for those KB swings or WB (for me).

    Ya, but you started in the class before me.
    In reality you probably did, you have been beating me down on anything with a barbell!

    as RX’d 13:03…this was a little harder than I thought it would be. I do think I can do it a little faster though.

    Today’s WTF Wod w/40# kettle bells – 19:16
    This wod was interesting. I blazed through the first few rounds but got really slowed down by the cleans and wall balls. As awkward as it was, this was a fun one.
