Workout of the Day
Before Class or In Warm up:
Total 1 minute support on rings or p-bars
Total 1 minute L-sit
10 x 2 Deadlifts at 60-70% of 1rm. Focus is speed off the ground with one minute rest in between each set.
Alternating between movements, complete the following for time:
5-4-3-2-1 deadlifts at 300/200 lbs
10-20-40-60-80-100 double unders
Erin Cafaro, 2 time Olympic Gold Medalist in rowing, may be familiar from her numerous appearances in the CrossFit Journal. Erin will be in town Saturday for an event at the Georgia Tech Crew Boathouse, 975 Riverside Road, Roswell GA 30076. Erin will speak about how CrossFit helped her make the Olympic team, and her training & nutrition. There will be a WOD involving C2 rowers, technique instruction, and a luncheon. Time is 9-12 PM.
