    I know some of you may already have plans this Saturday night for Halloween, but my roommate and I are having people over for a shindig. Anyone is invited to come over around 8:30-9pm for some drinking and partying then we are walking out to the midtown bars. We live about 2 blocks off Piedmont Park and it is a 15 min walk to anything and everything in the midtown/Crescent St. area. Even if you already have plans for the night, you can come over and pregame. Any and all are welcome!!

    Both are pr’s for me, so I am happy about that. Annie was a real crimp, I hit my feet three times in the set of 10 on the last round. Not a good approach in case anyone wants to try it. But it was plenty entertaining for Brent, Detrick, and Leo (and myself, had to laugh at that misfortune, especially since it prevented me from knocking Rob off the boar…at least temporarily).

    Since I won’t be in town next Tuesday, I figured tomorrow would be a good time to get started with the lifting classes. We’re going to start a 6 pm and go until 7. We will be working on the deadlift and possibly the power clean.
    I’ll post a reminder in the morning.
