    After not having worn shoes for two weeks, I decided to go into my monthly one-mile race barefoot. I convinced three other guys to do so as well. My normal mile time is around 6:15. My best mile time is 5:52. I finished last night, in a barefoot sprint, in 6:01. The other three guys all chopped thirty seconds off their previous records. Anyone have similar experiences with running barefoot? And I don’t mean with Vibrams – I mean barefoot.
