Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
10 candle-stick-pancake stretches
30 bicycle kicks on parallettes (15 each leg)
30 handstand shoulder touches against wall (keep hollow)

Strength:
3×5 OHS, 3×3 Front squat, 3×1 Back Squat

Conditioning:
9 OHS (155/110 lbs: 70/50 kg)
9 KTE
15 Front Squat (155/110 lbs: 70/50 kg)
15 TTB
21 Back Squat (155/110 lbs: 70/50 kg)
21 GHD situps
