    Yes…he is most definitely a liar. Or not human. It’s the latter.
    SP- 44kg (not a PR, wasn’t feeling it today)
    PP- 62.5kg (I think that is a PR)
    PJ- 65kg (I was so damn tired by this point, I was in a ‘I don’t care’ mood)
    This has been said 1000 times but I will just reiterate- this workout is too damn long.
    Did a few sets of back squats afterward.
