Conditioning:
30 burpees
40 overhead squats 75lbs
50 push press 75lbs
60 double unders
10 muscle ups

Strength:
EMOM 10 minutes of Front squat
and KB snatch
odd: Front squat x 2
even: KB Snatch 3 x each arm
