Gymnastics/muscle up scale:



5 Rounds For Total Reps:

30 seconds of muscle ups
30 seconds rest
30 seconds of double unders
30 seconds rest

Plan B:


30 secs of Ring Dips
30 secs Rest
30 secs of DUs*
30 secs Rest

*Mod for DUs will be 8" plate hops (Stack a pair of 25/20kg or 45# plates)
