Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
Total 2 min in support on p-bars or rings
Total 1 min in handstand, face to wall 

Strength:
EMOM for 10 min
Deadlift 2  

Conditioning:
In 10 minutes do:
50 pull ups
AMRAP within remaining time:
7 Deadlift 225lbs
7 clapping push ups
21 double unders
