    Mike demonstrates impeccable form while Rx’ing the “AMRAP 20 minutes Hokey Pokey” WOD from 2005. While virtual shoveling caught on, the “Hokey Pokey” WOD never made a reappearance on the crossfit.com main page.

    Tough one, that is for sure. I really died on the pullups and burpees. I just could not get the toes to bar!!! Looked like my first crossfit exercise.
