Before Class or In Warm up:
Total 1 minute hanging from pull-up bar in hollow body position. Thumb around bar, thumb over fingers. Watch videos.
Spend 5 min on ankle mobility, 5 minutes on hip moblity, then 5 minutes in bottom of overhead squat with empty bar overhead.
Start with empty bar, and work up in weight. Do not heave the bar up with any leg drive. Start with bar on shoulders. Just pick your feet up and drop while driving bar up. Hold bottom position for 2 seconds
