Dr. said I can work out as of yesterday! Just nothing that pulls on the stitches too much! Can’t wait to get my butt off the couch! See you all soon.

4 rounds plus 5 HPC’s. Not a PR and neither was yesterday; and while I understand that one can’t always PR, last cycle really took me down, and I never really took a rest day since I have been riding horses so much. Time for a couple of days off…

It’s Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd just outside Nashville (Franklin, TN)… registration goes up from $35 to $50 after August 31st so figured I’d ask now.

I would normally be game for allowing my weak ass to get embarrassed, but, alas, by then I’ll be back in Cincinnati and in full swing of the victory lap that is senior year.

8 rounds and 5 thrusters @ 80 lbs. Also, I did 9 SDHPs per round because I honestly thought that’s how many we were supposed to do. Oh, well.

    As Rx’d
    13 rounds + 5 thrusters
Well, I kindof made up for the b-slap to the face Cindy gave me yesterday.
And one of the rounds I did 9 HPC because I’m stupid.

    75 lb – 7 rounds + 1 thruster
I hit myself in the throat on the first SDHP…I don’t recommend it for anyone else.

I did either 8 or 9 rounds Rx. Ian only heard my name 8 times but he mentioned there was a substantially long gap between 2 of my rounds a little after the 10 minute mark so I’m thinking I forgot to yell one of them out because I maintained a decent pace up until the last round or two. This is one of those workouts where you’re pushing so hard your brain shuts down and you forget what you’re doing. 9 is a PR by 1 round.

    today’s WOD Rx w/65#
    6 rounds + 3 HPC
I became more dehydrated with this workout and felt weaker, so I couldn’t keep a pace. Last time I got 5 rounds in 14 minutes. I assume I could potentially do at least 7 or 8 rounds.
