3 rounds of:

1 leg less rope climb
5 power snatches (135/95)
10 overhead squats (135/95)
(this workout is mandatory for anyone wanting to be considered for the competition teams.)

 

Plan B:

3 Rounds:

2 Leg assisted Rope Climbs
5 Power Snatches (115/75)
10 OHS (115/75)

 

Plan C:

3 Rds:

12 Ring Rows
*5 Power Snatches (at a weight you're able to OHS)
10 OHS
*For those that still struggle with the snatch, work from the hang.
