Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
5 Forward Rolls
6 Shoulder Rolls, (3 each shoulder)

Strength:
5 Super Sets of 5 Bent over rows and 5 weighted dips (do one exercise then go right into the other
Rest 2 minutes after each superset)

Conditioning– Row 1k & Run 1 mile
