Workout of the Day

In Warm-up:
5 Skin the Cat with spotter

Strength:
In 15 minutes perform 4 unbroken prowler pushes for 40 yards with maximum weight possible.  If you fail a push lower the weight next push. 

Conditioning:
15 minute AMRAP
9 KB swing (2/1.5 pd )
12 Hand Release Pushups
15 Wall Balls (20/14)
