Rest/Skills Day

In warm-up:
3x each on rings: slow (no swing) knees to elbow, slow toes to bar, slow inversion in tuck.  Use spotter for help if needed.

Skill focus:
Work up to heavy 3 rep heaving snatch balance 

 Starting CrossFit at age 64.
