2013-02-098701Kelly Starrett at the CrossFit Mobility Course Saturday.  I've been to at least 3 of these over the past several years, and for those of you who went 2-3 years ago and think you have learned all that KS has to teach, you are wrong.  The man is on a never ending quest for new knowledge and his seminar gets better each time. I learned more at this one that all the others put together.  DM

Hang power snatch/hang squat snatch complex EMOM for 12 minutes

Conditioning:
3 rounds for time:
7 hang squat snatches 115lbs
14 knees to elbows
21 wallballs
