Workout of the Day

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
185 pound Deadlift, 21 reps

We are closed this weekend while hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course.

Crossfit Atlanta will be hosting Open Sectional Qualifying each Saturday of the Crossfit Games Open (2/25 – 3/24)! Heats will run during normal hours from 10am – 1pm. We encourage ALL of our members to register for and take part in the Open! For those competing Rx, we will have judges and score validation available. This is free to members and $25 drop-in for all others. Go here to get signed up!
