Trainers I need some help. I need workouts for the next few days that use no shoulders.
Can you all send me a few workouts to do please. I did Michael today so that one is done. Thanks.

Any of you other arm wrestlers feeling quite painful at your elbows?
It was brutal doing cleans today.

    I had a very strange/funny dream last night…
We all headed to McDonald’s for a meal and everyone orders but I was having a huge crisis about what to order. Luckily, Mr. Charles McFeaters was working the cash register. I asked him for his recommendation, he replied: “I always go with the bacon cheeseburger…get on it”.
As for the cleans today…I did 40-45-50-55(old PR)-60-62.5 stopped there due to some shoulder joint pain. Go ahead Roy and tear me apart…I don’t care.

Dan and Mike something ain’t right. There are a lot of us with shoulder pain and it seems to be coming from the same lifts. Any suggestions on what might be happening. And let’s leave the smart ass replies out for this one please….

I am going to blame it on the massive amounts of ring dips and push ups recently.

Mike said probably tendonitis. It mainly happens to me when I try to go heavy so might avoid that for a while.

are those kilos, B? if so, you’re sick. can’t believe you could have gone farther. I was doing pounds, started at 65 and ended at 80…that was as far as I could go.

I thought it was just me and that I was just old. My shoulders started hurting bad after the shoulder press progression a few cycles ago…I agree there has been a big emphasis on shoulders lately. They seem to really blast particular muscle groups. For a while it seemed like endless ghd’s. That said, my shoulders feel good today…at least until later tonight or tomorrow morning.

Marie I think the ring dips are the cause too.

Thanks, chica. It’s great working out with you because you push me so hard. I appreciate it. Jason really helped me the other day as well.

I know you people are all anti-gluten, but this morning I was in a factory that makes graham crackers and cheez its, and i’m pretty sure that’s what heaven smells like.

most of you guys probably have overuse injuries…tendonitis. This is common in CrossFit. The solution is resting the area that is hurting. I get shoulder or elbow pain a few times a year. It comes and goes. I usually try to push through it, but end up having to lay off for a week or so. If you’re not use to doing a lot of ring dips, then that might be the cause.
    I did the row/burpee/run workout this morning…14:49.

Don’t even get me started on the delicacy that are reduced fat cheezits…they are so salty and so cheesy…mmmmmm. I miss them.

Reason #6 to invent a time machine: go back in time and change our diet to be sugars and processed crap.

Got up to 72kg (160lbs). Definitely not what I wanted, even though its a 2kg pr. I got under 75kg…twice…and couldn’t squat out of it. Now I am back on the Hell-on-earth-10-rep-backsquats-chandler-program. Great.

Got up to 50kg (110lbs). Very happy. If I could learn not to pull early I could get more weight, but happy with this for now!

    got up to 45kg
and then after that I just started to drop the weight as my brain started getting in the way. BUT it is a 1kg PR so I am glad its not backward progress.

I really like it when we have hot sweaty men as the pic of the day. It might be the beer talking, but I’m just saying.
