    A few things for everyone:
    Congrats to Ryan for getting his first muscle up last night. it was a fun night at the gym with lots of PR’s- if you have yet to check out Jason or Chandler’s classes I highly recommend it. People have been making huge progress with them and I see it in their regular crossfit workouts!
    Paleo challenge: buy ins are due to me by saturday. If you come in the morning, give your cash to Brent. The pot is currently at $125. We will be doing the benchmark wod this Thursday and Saturday. All your goals and metrics should be up by Saturday as well. Remember, if you haven’t yet, starting Monday: no more bread/grains/refined sugar.
    Spots on our affiliate teams for sectionals (Feb 27, 28) are filling up so make sure to write your name on the board at the gym if you want to do it. This is sure to be lots of fun, plus you get free admission to the event!

    If it’s raining it will be a team workout to encourage people to sign up to be on the CF Atl teams for sectionals.
    If it’s not raining, it will be one of our benchmark workouts that involves running, kettle bell swings, and pull ups…but I won’t say which one. I want people to do this workout before the paleo challenge anyway, and this is the perfect opportunity.
