25 GHD Sit-ups
25 Hip Extensions

    Interesting documentary/ad from Domino’s. Essentially, they finally acknowledged that their pizza tastes like ass and they’ve gone through a complete overhaul of their formula.
    This is awesome. It takes a lot for a company to recognize a shortcoming, and it takes serious balls to point it out to your customers.

    Go to the website if for no other reason than to view the link they posted to Stephen Colbert’s “Alpha Dog of the Week” segment about them. Four minutes and fourteen seconds of hilarity.

    Did the WOD that came up on the main site a few days ago: 5x [50 Wall Balls, 25 Pullups]. As Rx’d: 21:34. The key to this one was pacing the wall balls.

    Same as Rob, 26:31. Yes, he beat me by a full round, I suck at both components of this wod. I was happy though, that on all rounds I maintained a minimum of 10 reps/set on the wall balls, and my first set of pull ups each round had 12. Baby steps.
