6 Muscle-ups
30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
12 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Power clean, 15 reps

    In case you missed the memo last month: Urban Pl8 paleo night is now the last TUESDAY of every month. So, plan on paleo night next Tuesday, January 25th. Sign up sheet will be at the gym later today.

    We are fortunate enough to have 4 rowers at CFATL, and even more fortunate to have classes that are usually much larger than 4. Given this, and the nature of tomorrows wod-it doesnt necessarily require a long or technical warmup.
    We will run heats every sixteen minutes through through the morning block
    Use tomorrow as a chance to either get plenty of skill and mobility work in, or a chance to get in and out of the gym quicker than normal. we will try to keep a regular class structure, but if you want to show up midway through the hour, that is fine too.
