Conditioning:

Men

10 muscle ups
then
4 rounds
12 CTB pullups
8 30” box jumps
then
10 muscle ups 

Women

6 muscle ups
then
4 rounds
8 CTB pullups
8 24” box jumps
then
6 muscle ups
