Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
3 x 15s support hold on rings (Rx) or p-bars (scaled)
– elbow pits forward, chest up, shoulders back and down

Strength:
Work up to a heavy single clean and jerk

Conditioning:
Death by power clean
Minute 1 – 1 power clean (135#, 95#)
Minute 2 – 2 power cleans
Minute 3 – 3 power cleans

Until you cannot complete reps within the minute

Rest 5 minutes

50 toes to bar for time
