Power out today, and probably for a few days.  Copper thieves.  Be prepared for the unknown.
Strength:

2 Power snatch EMOM for 10 minutes at 60% 1 RM

Conditioning:

2×40 yd prowler push (360/200 lb)
5 rope climbs
2×40 yd prowler push (270/150 lb)
5 rope climbs
2×40 yd prowler push (180/100 lb)
5 rope climbs
2×40 yd prowler push (90/50 lb)
