Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
5 mid pause forward rolls (scale with regular forward rolls on hard floor)
2 rope climbs (or 3 rope swings with leg assist)

Strength:
Clean and Jerk EMOM 10mins

Conditioning:
5 rounds:
2 mins of
Row 300m, then
Max reps power clean and jerks (185/125 lbs)
rest 2 mins between rounds

Reduced class hours tomorrow.  10 AM & 11 AM CrossFit with Leah, 11 AM Weightlifting with Travis.  All other classes cancelled.
