Before Class or In Warm up:
Handstand hold against the wall total 1 minute.
5 Candlestick rolls 

Strength:
EMOM for 12 minutes
Clean and Jerk

Conditioning:
2 min AMRAP of CTB pull ups (buy in of 5 clean and jerks 155lbs)
2 min AMRAP of double unders (buy in of 5 clean and jerks 155lbs)
2 min AMRAP of TTB (buy in of 5 clean and jerks 155lbs)
