    My sister turned my legs to mush over the last few days. I’m gonna make up the shoulder press, push press, push jerk workout from Sunday.

    PRed on shoulder press, push press, and push jerk today. While Chris and I were doing the workout I turned to him and said jokingly “watch there be hspu’s in tomorrow’s wod”. Sure enough…NATE. I think I’ll be doing today’s workout tomorrow.

    Scaled to 50kg and abmat situps, 14:29.

    40kg and GHD’s: 30:18. I did the first round without any breaks in the squats or GHDs. I thought I was on a roll until I hit a wall – I was going too fast and should have paced myself better. The remaining rounds were at a snail’s pace with many breaks and my time reflects it. Lesson learned.
