Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
10 Hip to ring pull ups

Strength:
10 minutes, every minute on the minute
Clean & Jerk (Power Clean or Squat Clean)

Conditioning:
4 rounds
Row 200m
5 unbroken squat cleans 135/95
10 unbroken front squats 135/95

Rest 3 mins after each round

Reps should unbroken straight through cleans and front squats.
5 burpee penalty if you drop the bar at any point, , so be smart when scaling weight.
