20 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents
20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
Row 10 calories

    I can verify this — Mean is an understatement .. This brought me very close to meeting Pukie … and it took every ounce of energy I had this morning to fight him off. I had to scale it WAAAAY back .. Thrusters would never have happened .

    This friday at 7am is a celebratory paleo breakfast. Sign up to bring something on the sheet at the gym. It is sure to be delicious.
    Also, post if you are interested in carpooling up to Dahlonega on Saturday. Events start at 8am.
    Don’t forget Marshall’s bday party this sat night. Directions are on the board at the gym.

    I think he was ok according to this youtube description:

    hey folks – told Bethanie – Me and Kulsoom are going to car pool up to CFDL. I can seat 4- I am not competing so I don’t mind driving- I need a navigator — and if you call it first .. you get to control the iPod music for the trip !
    Also wondering if there is a rule about doggies? It’s going to be a long day so I may have to bring my TRU. She is little so it does not change the car capacity – but I am not sure she will even get up that early to go ( spoiled rotten yes!) let me know -you can email me at [email protected]

    I will tentatively say Yes to the Friday morning Paleo celebratory breakfast. I already know what to cook for all. It will depend on my outcome with my dental appointment tomorrow…. I HATE DENTISTS! I rather do WOD FRAN and EVA together then getting my teeth fix!

    great clip of coach Wooden. I was fortunate enough to hear him speak when i was in 8th grade. My grandmother took me to see him, and even at that age I knew I was listening to one of the wisest, most down to earth people to ever live. His lessons are universal, and will always be relevant. RIP coach Wooden
